I was curious is there anywhere that states that blocking can't be achieved while casting? i.e. Heal Signet

If I throw up shield stance and then use my heal sig will I still be able to block 75% of attacks while still getting my -40 penalty for the sig ?

Yup, still get the 75% block chance. You'd sure know about it if you didnt.

riposite and deadly riposite FTW! Works good against any melee.. and automatic miss and does a bunch of dmg to whoever trys to hit you.

Thanks, handy to know that only not really related to my question, which was answered.

Reposte (adren 4) and Deadly reposte (energy 10) are nice skills but will only both be in effect for 2 attacks and can't be cast while using the heal sig.
I came against a Necro with the two a while back in pvp and was a suprise.

Just for note, since this thread was revamped. I now frequently use Bonettis def to cover my heal sig, as many others have said they do on these boards.
